Meet coaches Julian, Chris, and Vince - three passionate mentors dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a love for the sport.
With their combined experience, they inspire their players to reach new heights and achieve their personal best. Their commitment goes beyond just coaching; they invest time in understanding each athlete's unique strengths and challenges.
Together, they create a supportive environment in which players thrive both on and off the field.
JULIAN LEWIS
HEAD COACH
With a background in NCAA D2 college lacrosse at Notre Dame de Namur University and lacrosse at Valencia High School, Coach Julian has a strong foundation in the sport as both a player and a coach.
He specializes in defense and goalies, but loves to help players in all positions reach the next level. Additionally, his time playing men's box lacrosse for Devils LC in the Southern California Lacrosse League adds to his diverse expertise.
Coach Julian is dedicated to developing players' skills and fostering a love for the game.
CHRIS ORTIZ
COACH
Coach Chris possesses a wealth of experience in both playing and coaching high school lacrosse, merging his passion for the game with a comprehensive understanding of athlete development.
With a background in personal training, nutrition, and strength/conditioning, he is committed to empowering his players to realize their full potential.
Additionally, he competes in box lacrosse for Devils LC in Southern California Lacrosse League, further solidifying his expertise in the sport.
VINCE BUYCO
COACH
Having honed his skills at West Ranch High School, Coach Vince continued his passion for the sport at San Diego State University. While playing for their MCLA Division 1 lacrosse team, he not only contributed to the team's success, but also developed a tactical understanding of the game.
Vince specializes in teaching offensive positions and strategies, but loves to help players of all positions. He currently plays for Devils LC where he expands his knowledge of offensive concepts.
With over 10 years of offensive experience, his diverse background has shaped him into a knowledgeable coach, eager to inspire the next generation of players.
